Central Heating Power Flushing

Cold spots on radiators? Noisy boiler? Higher bills than you'd expect? A power flush from Bonner's Plumbing & Heating clears years of sludge and rust from your central heating — restoring efficiency and protecting your boiler.

Power flushing uses a high-flow, low-pressure pump combined with specialist cleaning chemicals to circulate through your radiators and pipework, breaking up and removing the black magnetite sludge that builds up over time.

After flushing we add a corrosion inhibitor to protect the system going forward — and we can fit a magnetic system filter (such as a MagnaClean) to keep it cleaner for longer. Most flushes are completed in a day.
